Terms and Conditions
A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking
The remaining 50% is to be paid eight weeks before arrival date. If not received we reserve the right to seek alternative booking
Clients must vacate penty by 10:30 hours on day of departure
Clients may not enter penty before 17:00 hours on day of arrival
Number of persons a penty is booked for cannot be exceeded. If this occurs you will be asked to leave and deposit will not be refunded
Report any breakages, or damage immediately to owner so they can source replacements / fix before the following weeks guests arrive
Under no circumstances shall owners liability to the client exceed the amount already paid to the owners under this booking
The owners shall not be liable to the client
for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property, nor in respect to any equipment, plant, machinery, or appliance in the property or garden
for the loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the control of the owners
for the loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the client if the property shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period, and in any such event, the owners shall within seven days of notification to the client , refund all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period
for any loss, injury, death or damage which may be incurred while staying at the property
No pets allowed.
No smoking in the penty or in the vicinity of the penty, where smoke may enter the building. Signs of tobacco use within the penny will result in loss of deposit
No barbecues allowed in the garden. A barbecue is available for use by gites. Barbecues are not permitted on terraces
Parents or responsible for the safety of their children at all times
Clients are not permitted into the owners house, store, studio, private plenty, front garden or terrace without permission
Clients are not permitted into the vegetable garden without permission
Clients will not play music at a volume that will annoy neighbours
Clients will not play music outside after 22:00 hours
Drug and alcohol abuse will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the site with deposit withheld and no refunds given
Additional charges will be made and deposits required for rental of surfboards etc. Damage to , loss of boards etc will be paid for in full
Books are for the enjoyment of guests and are not to be removed from the site
This contract shall be governed by French law in every particular, including formation and interpretation and shall be deemed to have been made in France. Any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this contract may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in France
