Our Favourite Beaches

 

Plage du Ris (0,5km)

Our local beach with views over the sea to the historic port is when conditions are favourable great for surfing with long traveling breaks.

 

Plage de Kermor (32km)

Kilometres of Caribbean-esque beach. White sand, turquoise sea and a quaint town to grab a seafood platter.

 

Sables Blancs (6km)

Sheltered beach hugely popular with locals and swimmers. Windsurf boards, canoes, SUP and dingys can be hired here. Bars, takeaways, restaurants serve the beach well.

 

Kervel / St Anne (8km)

Long sandy beach, great for families, swimming as well as kite surfing. Ample parking next to beach and a great crêperie.

 

La Torche (40km)

Enormous sandy beach famous for pro level surf. Numerous surf schools are located here to teach all levels and hire you boards and wetsuits.

 

Plage de Pors Carn (40km)

A beautiful sandy bay just south of La Torche offers great waters for swimming and debutant surfers. Tom’s Diner just off the beach is highly recommended, especially for hungry kids.

 

St Jean (4km)

Treboul’s secret. Secluded white sand beach tucked between Sable Blancs and the port, with views across to St Tristan’s island.

 

Penharn (28km)

Stunningly beautiful, quiet ,secluded beach. Accessed by trail from parking atop of cliffs. Strong currents can be dangerous.
